JoHanna C. Cody
Raised under the Family Law umbrella, I’ve spent much of my life surrounded by the complexities and emotions that come with legal matters between families. I hold an American Bar Association–Accredited Degree in Legal Studies from American River College, and I’ve chosen to focus my work on divorce and separation because I believe people deserve compassionate, affordable help during one of the hardest transitions in life.
I’m not an attorney—I’m a Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) —so my role is to support and guide you through the court paperwork, step by step, without unnecessary stress or inflated fees.
I give each client my full attention and take the time to understand the details of their situation. Every family is different, and no one should be treated like a case number. I’m here to simplify the process, offer reassurance, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
If your case takes a turn and legal representation becomes necessary, I can also connect you with trusted family law attorneys in the area.
